Double-check if the entered tracking number is correct. If it’s correct and your shipment is not found, although you have left the package at the agent recently, do not worry. It may take up to 2 - 4 days for the agent to register your parcel in the system. In case you’re not able to locate and track your international parcel on our tracking tool for more than 5 days, please contact our customer support for further investigation.

Parcel delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method, agent and destination country, so you can refer to our calculator or contact our customer support team for a more detailed information. Also, please be informed that estimated delivery times should not be accounted as a guarantee, as they may be affected due to unpredictable circumstances, such as COVID-19, strikes at the airports or sea ports, global crisis of any kind, etc.

The transportation process of international shipments includes many delivery statuses. They vary depending on the package destination country. Track your parcel easier with the main ones explained below:
 
 
Pickup → the package is taken from our agent for further processing
 
Entry Scan → the package is registered into our USA warehouse
 
In Transit → the package was loaded into the truck and left the USA warehouse for further shipment
 
Arrived at Distribution Warehouse → for EU countries the transition period has ended and the package has arrived at our distribution warehouse in Poland for the customs checking; for non EU countries - the transition period is still in process.
 
Left Distribution Warehouse → the package left the warehouse and is now moving towards the local distribution warehouse
 
Out For Delivery → the package is prepared to be delivered and is forwarded to the courier
 
Delivered → the package reached the destination point and is now delivered to the recipient
