Aby to potwierdzić, prosimy o bezpośredni kontakt.
Aby to potwierdzić, prosimy o bezpośredni kontakt.
• Zdecydowanie zachęcamy do wyboru jednej z organizacji pomocy humanitarnej, z którymi już współpracujemy. Mogą Państwo jednak wybrać własną organizację i nadal korzystać z cen drugiego poziomu.
4. Ponieważ ściśle współpracujemy z organizacjami otrzymującymi pomoc, będą one informować nas o każdym etapie procesu. Zadbamy o to, aby udostępniać te aktualizacje w naszych mediach społecznościowych, dzięki czemu będą mogli Państwo obserwować, że pomoc dotarła do najbardziej potrzebujących osób, a jednocześnie szerzyć świadomość. Prosimy o zachęcanie innych do pomocy!

Other Restrictions and Pricing Rules:
• Minimum chargeable weight for every package for AIR for both UA and PL aid organizations is 20 lbs.
• Minimum chargeable weight for every package for SEA for both UA and PL aid organizations is 30 lbs.
• Max allowed weight for a package for both AIR and SEA shipments for UA and PL is 66 lbs. Any package over 66 lbs. will be charged an additional $1/lbs. Overweight packages are also more likely to get damaged during transit and might be delayed due to being harder to handle. This rule does not apply for larger shipments that are on pallets.
• Dimensional weight: If a package is very large but does not weigh a lot it may be charged by its dimensional weight. This occurs when the dimensional weight of a package is greater than its actual weight. The dimensional weight calculation when shipping by AIR is LxWxH/166 and for SEA it is LxWxH/300.
All listed humanitarian or military aid is needed. Please refer to the lists of goods specified by the humanitarian aid organization you choose and follow the sorting and labeling instructions provided to make their job easier to distribute. We have vetted and established official partnerships with each of these organizations in order to get the aid where it is needed without you having to pay any additional taxes or duties in Europe or Ukraine.
Please note: clothes are one of the least important types of aid. Shipping any alcohol is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to focus on the supplies that are listed.
Please also note that bulletproof vests or helmets, night vision or thermal goggles or scopes, ammunition, explosives, or weapons have very strict export and import controls. For these types of goods please contact us at +1-312-798-9955 or at [email protected].
We provide two shipping options that will determine how quickly the aid can arrive to Europe or Ukraine. The air option ensures quick delivery, but is more expensive even with us applying the price as low as we can in order to still sustain operations. The sea option is much cheaper, but it will take a lot longer for the aid to be delivered. Other Important Information:
• Aid is shipped from all locations several times a week for both air and sea options.
• If you are shipping over 1,000 lbs. and want to send to an aid organization not from the list above, keep in mind that the transit times might be longer due to us having to go through additional customs formalities in order to clear the aid without additional charges.
Depending on whether you are shipping the aid in packages or on pallets, it is important to make sure everything is packaged properly so that it reaches the final destination safely and to alleviate additional work for the aid organization receiving the supplies.
• If the aid is being sent in packages, make sure to use heavy-duty boxes and not to exceed 60 lbs. which would make them difficult to handle and could cause damage to the supplies inside the box.
• If the aid is being sent on pallets, make sure that everything is tightly packed and secured with film wrap so that the pallet does not break apart during transit.
• In either case, when preparing the shipment, make sure to follow the rules on sorting goods in the same package and labeling the parcels provided by the aid organization you are shipping to. This alleviates a lot of work for people involved and ensures that the aid gets distributed to the people that need it quickly and efficiently. More detailed instructions on labeling and sorting are provided under specific aid organization sections above.
If you are shipping under 1,000 lbs., you will need to choose from one of the aid organizations listed above that we know we can deliver to.
